We correct and condition the body, mind and spirit through Pilates’ movement, honoring the tradition and the evolution of the Pilates method. Participants walk away with a greater awareness of their body, a more efficient balanced body and a sense of how to begin and maintain the change for a healthier life. Health and well being is a personal choice, at Milner Pilates we help to make that personal choice easy, fun and satisfying! The Studio was established in 2001 and is the longest running studio here in Rockwall, TX. We are a private, fully equipped boutique studio in Ridge Rd. Center. We offer private, semi private, small group Pilates classes both on equipment and mat, comprehensive and mat Teacher Training, and a variety of interesting workshops from knowledgeable instructors. A note from Rockwall PAWS: Our 12th Annual Event was established to raise funding for life saving medical care to treat all of the animals who are sick or injured at the Rockwall Adoption Center. 100% of the proceeds goes towards this medical treatment program.
